Project team meetings
Date: Jan - Jun, 2021
Due to travel restrictions imposed by Covid-19, project meetings with partners were held through online Zoom platforms with documents shared through Microsoft Teams. The meetings were held to review project progress and participation in the meetings include the project manager, project coordinator, international consultants and country partners.
The meetings were held to update the project implementation progress, completed or ongoing project activities, obstacles that country partners face during project implementation and implementation of future project activities.

The meetings with country partners and the outcomes are summarized below:

  • Jan 2021 - Introduction of Miss Kim, CABI Project Coordinator based in Vietnam; progress updates of each country; discussion on the project framework i.e. NSC, NWG; reporting plan (monthly progress report and quarterly financial report template); desk review on past and present initiatives

  • Mar 2021 - Progress updates of each country; desk review on past and present initiatives; first biannual progress report for STDF

  • Apr 2021 - Monthly meeting along with a detailed discussion session on “Introduction and Understanding of PGS

  • Jun 2021 - Progress updates of each country; planning for workshop about user experience for knowledge hub
