Discussion on PGS scheme, Cambodia
Date: 17 Aug 2023
Discussions on Sela Pepper's vision and perspective on the PGS system
The group discussions centred on the area of operations and practical implementation, what is necessary and optional (nice to have but not mandatory) and rules and regulations for implementing PGS.

For that the idea was to come up with a checklist that be field tested at the farm. In order to create the PGS checklist, the participants were divided into 2 groups (Sela and GDA staffs). The CoP was analysed for GAP activities and practices that pose risks, and later discussions were had on coming up with the checklist based on the CoP analysis by Sela and GDA.

The checklist was taken to the field to test the implementation and to identify which activities can be observed on the farm and to ask farmers questions.
