Safer spice - food safety and market access for peppercorn
CoP training in Ba Ria - Vung Tau province, Vietnam

Mr. Son (WASI), Ms. Hang and Ms. Nhung from PPD Xuyen Moc trained farmers on CoP application in the safer peppercorn production.
The training session was attended by 10 farmers. Contents of the training include management of harvesting, preliminary processing, preservation of pepper and irrigation.

The CoP training helps farmers produce safe pepper products and teaches guidelines for applying CoP in their farms. At the end of the training session, farmers understood the contents that need to be implemented in the pepper model farms.
