Safer spice - food safety and market access for peppercorn
CoP training in Dak Lak province, Vietnam

Mr. Le Thua Hoai Son and Mr. Do Van Chung trained farmers participating in the project on CoP application.
The training session was attended by 6 farmers and 1 agricultural extension officer. Contents of the training include management of harvesting, preliminary processing, preservation of pepper and irrigation.

The CoP training helps farmers produce safe pepper products and teaches guidelines for applying CoP in their farms. At the end of the training session, farmers understood the contents that need to be implemented in the pepper model farms.
