Safer spice - food safety and market access for peppercorn
Code of Practices (CoP) training in Dak Lak province, Vietnam

The training session saw the participation of seven (7) farmers, one (1) agricultural extension officer and one (1) Farmer's Union officer. Contents of the training include pest-disease, pruning branches, living tree pillars, fertilizers, weeding. The CoP training helps farmers produce safe pepper products and introduce guidelines for applying CoP on their farms. At the end of the training session, farmers understood the contents that need to be implemented on the pepper models.
